I can not say enough good things about my experience with Jin and his team (particularly Tyler Russell). I legitimately told Jin a few times that I would give him a 6 star review if I could. This was my second home buying process and the difference between Jin and the last loan officer we used was night and day. From the moment I submitted an inquiry online to get more information Jin was extremely fast to respond to every thought/question/feeling I had - and this was true from our pre-approval all the way until the day of our closing. When we put a contract down on a property on a Sunday evening my realtor warned me that we may not be able to get it completed because lenders are notoriously unavailable over the weekends. Jin completely proved her wrong. He was right there with me and my husband on a few phone calls to ensure everything was correct with the contract and I truly feel that it was because of this we were able to secure the house. He took every phone call (and there were many!) of mine over the course of the underwriting process and if he wasn't able to pick up the phone I would get a text letting me know he would call me ASAP - and then he 100% always did. I never once felt that he was leaving us hanging and he worked extremely diligently in every way to help us through this entire process. He has clients for life in my husband and I and I would absolutely recommend others use his services.
